Refund policy
Returns:
- All items are considered Final Sale unless damage has occurred. If your item(s) arrived damaged, please secure images of the damaged product(s) and the packing label(s) and send via email to hello@whitestonestyle.com within 24 hours.
- Claims will be reviewed within 3-5 business days.
- Whitestone Style cannot guarantee repairs, returns, exchanges, or refunds for furniture of drop-shipped goods that are accepted and / or signed from if unreported after 24 hours.
- Whitestone Style does not cover furniture damages caused by normal wear and tear.
