Shipping policy
Furniture Shipping Policy:
- Whitestone Style furniture is shipped through a third party freight carrier. Deliveries generally occur 10-21 days from purchase date. You will be notified if your item(s) have a variance from this standard.
- When your furniture is ready for delivery, our carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery date. Typically our furniture will be brought into the room of your choice, so please make sure that the area is clear. While we make every effort to offer white glove delivery to all of our customers, there are some areas of the country where we cannot guarantee it. In those cases, the freight carrier is not responsible for assembly or trash removal.
- Please inspect your piece(s) immediately upon arrival as a damage claim must be submitted to hello@whitestonestyle.com within 24 hours with an image of the damaged item and image of the shipping label.
- Please note that items can only be delivered to the original address specified during the checkout process. To ensure a smooth delivery experience, kindly provide an active phone number and email address during checkout to enable your local delivery agent to arrange a convenient delivery time with you. Whitestone Style adheres to a policy of not holding items beyond 7 business days if a delivery has not been scheduled. After this period, items may be returned by the carrier, and under such circumstances, refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only less the return shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
Drop-Ship Items Shipping Policy:
- Drop ship items are shipped directly from our vendors. These items include: Rugs, Art, Lighting and Oversize Mirrors.
- Deliveries generally occur 7-21 days from purchase date. You will be notified if your item(s) have a variance from this standard.
- All drop ship items are final sale and non-returnable unless defective. Please inspect your piece(s) immediately upon arrival as a damage claim must be submitted to hello@whitestonestyle.com within 24 hours with an image of the damaged item and image of the shipping label.
Standard Shipping Policy:
- All items shipping with Standard Shipping are shipped via USPS or UPS with few exceptions. Deliveries typically occur 7-10 days from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
- Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, size and value of the item(s) and will be calculated at the time of checkout.
- Please note that the restocked dates are estimates and subject to change. We will be sure to notify you if there is an extended restocked date.
Theft Policy:
- Whitestone Style is not liable for instances of theft.
Return Policy:
- All items are considered Final Sale unless damage has occurred. If your item(s) arrived damaged, please secure images of the damaged product(s) and the packing label(s) and send via email to hello@whitestonestyle.com within 24 hours.
- Claims will be reviewed within 3-5 business days.
- Whitestone Style cannot guarantee repairs, returns, exchanges, or refunds for furniture of drop-shipped goods that are accepted and / or signed from if unreported after 24 hours.
- Whitestone Style does not cover furniture damages caused by normal wear and tear.
